8 hour minimum day, term-time only.
This is a guide of what a day might look like, but is in no way prescriptive. The structure of the day will always be age-appropriate and a collaborative approach will be taken in deciding what activities will be made available, allowing the children to make their own choices and practise independence in decision making. Regular outings and Forest School sessions will also be timetabled once I know who is attending and when.

Home time
Our home is a warm, welcoming space where your child can learn, play, and explore. We have a large, light-filled playroom stocked with a variety of open-ended toys suitable for all ages and abilities. Our secure garden is a haven for outdoor play, featuring a mud kitchen, vegetable patch, and plenty of space for active learning.
We also have two beloved pets who are valued members of our family:
Walter, our Bedlington Terrier, is hypoallergenic and doesn't shed hair or dander. He loves accompanying us on woodland walks, providing opportunities for nature-based learning and outdoor adventures.
Herbie, our tortoise, offers a chance to observe and learn about responsibility and nature through his care routines.
Both Walter and Herbie have designated areas where they can retreat when needed, ensuring the safety and comfort of all the children in our care.
As part of our daily routine, I drop off and collect my children from school and nursery, which means we travel by car each day. I hold a full driver's license and comprehensive insurance, and my car is taxed, MOT'd, and regularly serviced. To ensure safety, I use Multimac and MiniMac car seats, which are fully compliant with UK safety regulations.
I look forward to welcoming your family into our home and creating a safe, loving space where your child can thrive. If you have any questions or would like to arrange a visit, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
